I'm a Certified Salesforce Administrator with a technical curiosity and passion for converting essential business data into visual representations. I have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Systems Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and Support of Salesforce CRM applications.
My extensive knowledge of the SFDC implementation and development life cycle process enables me to effectively support business processes and make informed recommendations to further business goals.
